Guilds

The Adventurers Guild is comprised of gatherers, hunters, miners, and fighters. This guild is ideal for members who prefer active gameplay over crafting but still want to contribute meaningfully to the clan. The Adventurers’ Guild supports all other guilds by organizing gathering events, dungeon raids, and exploration missions. Members may also assist with bounties on monsters or the collection of rare relics.
The leader of the Adventurers Guild is appointed by clan leadership based on their rank, leadership skills, and contribution to the clan. This leader must hold the Knight rank.

Leadership & Organization

Elections

Volunteer Nomination When a guild leadership position becomes available, a call for volunteers will be made within the respective guild. Guild members who feel they are ready to take on the responsibilities of leadership can volunteer themselves for consideration. Exceptions being the guild leader of the Adventurers Guild.
Nomination Poll Once the volunteers have been identified, a poll will be conducted within the guild to narrow down the list to a few key candidates selected by leadership. This poll allows guild members to express their initial preferences and helps identify the most popular candidates.
Final Election The top candidates from the nomination poll will then be put to a final vote. Guild members will cast their votes based on participation, willingness to lead, leadership qualities, and communication skills.
Majority Vote The candidate with the majority of votes will be elected as the Guild Leader. This ensures that the chosen leader has the confidence and support of the guild they will be leading.
Leadership Accountability Guild Leaders are expected to uphold the values of the Knights Templar and serve their guild with dedication. Regular feedback will be encouraged to ensure the leader is effectively fulfilling their role.

Guild Council

The Guild Council meets weekly to discuss and plan upcoming activities, events, and any collaboration needs. This forum allows leaders to plan and coordinate efficiently, ensuring that all guilds are supported and that the clan operates smoothly.

Succession Planning

If a Guild Leader is inactive for more than 7 days without excuse or decides to step down, the guild will immediately hold a vote adhering to the election outlined in the above section. This ensures continuity and minimizes disruption within the guild.

Resource Distribution

Guild leaders are responsible for managing resources gathered during clan and guild-run events. The resources gathered by the clan will be used for fulfilling clan needs. Personal skill progression will not be the responsibility of the guild. However, if the guild agrees to push resources into specific members, they can elect to do so. The guild leader will also help to ensure that experience points are not wasted on orders unless there is an immediate need.

Guild Operated Crafting Stations

Effective communication is essential when using guild-operated crafting stations, such as furnaces, looms, and other facilities. To ensure smooth operations and prevent misunderstandings, always notify your guild members when you are using these stations. This helps ensure that your resources are safeguarded and prevents accidental usage by other members.
Alternatively, if you prefer more control over your resources, you can gather and store your own materials in your private chests. You can then process these materials using your own furnaces or other crafting stations. This approach ensures that resources intended for guild projects aren’t inadvertently used by others, allowing you to manage your personal crafting projects independently.

Cross-Guild Collaboration

Guild leaders are encouraged to foster collaboration between guilds. For instance, if the Smithing Guild needs more charcoal, they could organize a wood-gathering event. Cross-guild events and activities will be planned during the Guild Council meetings.
