Worshipful Company of Butchers

error

Clan carcasses are a controlled resource.

Charcuterie needs to be more carefully governed than other professions; the clan’s animal carcasses often need to be butchered with high level skills in order for Cooks to have the ingredients they need. If you want to level Charcuterie using clan carcasses, please coordinate with Max or Liandra.
You are, of course, always free to level your skills using materials you gathered.

Leveling Guide

Notes

Skip cutting Bear carcasses as much as possible until Bear Shoulders and Rumps can be cut (needed together)
We will always have the most boar meat since they are the only things that drop suet and it is needed (a lot!) in cooking and baking. So when in doubt, default to using the boar carcasses
DO NOT CRAFT the lower quality food items not on this list, as it is a waste of tallow or lard and other resources
DO NOT CRAFT PARTED BEAR - BEAR NECKS ARE NOT NEEDED!
DO NOT CRAFT wolf meat until Skillfully Butchered except in the one case listed above
Save Rosemary for T3 Roast!
